How shopping in Orange Flex works?

Orange Flex is an innovative mobile network without obligations in the application. You will also do your shopping in the Orange Flex store so in the app if you first activate the selected Mobile Plan in the app. However, you can also preview the currently available hardware on the site: https://flex.orange.en/store.

A large part of the Orange Flex offer is an in-app store, which in its assortment has phones, smartwatches or accessories such as headphones. You can also find laptops, TVs, electric scooters and other smart devices (e.g. lamps). You will receive the selected equipment in 2-3 working days, you have 14 days to return it if necessary, and payment through the application is convenient and safe (connected payment card or BLIK).

More expensive devices in the Orange Flex store (e.g. You can also buy phones on 30×0% installments (the total value of a shopping cart must be at least 300 PLN). All of course covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. The exception are smartphones from the outlet, for which you have a 12-month warranty.
