Central City is the habitat of the crimes and evil. The city is holding in his hand Octopus (Samuel L. Jackson), king of gangsters and psychopathic megalomaniac. Nobody knows how he looks, because unscrupulous bandit kills anyone who sees his face. One of the victims Octopus is Denny Colt (Gabriel Macht), a young, inexperienced police officer.
