A young New York writer Jerry (Jason Biggs) tries unsuccessfully to organize his emotional life. His relationship with Amanda (Christina Ricci) is hanging in the balance. Blame for this situation lies largely on the side of Amanda, who suffers from chronic infidelity .... The advice of an older colleague writers (Woody Allen), Jerry takes the fight to save the relationship. First of all, will have to overcome their fears and frustrations. Neurotic character of the young writer will not be the only obstacle that stand in the way to the happiness of young people.
